3.1 Automated Data Collection

When you access the PDF Viewer Pro: Scan & Convert app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

Date and time of access
Browser type/version
Operating system used
URL of the previously visited website
IP address (truncated by one octet)

This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not associated with any specific individual.

3.2 Support Requests

If you contact our support team, we collect and store the personal data you provide to process your request. You are not required to provide personal data and may contact us using a pseudonym.
We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and assist with any future issues.

Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies

We use “cookies” to ensure full functionality and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in browser settings, but some app features may not work properly.

Google Ads cookies (ad performance measurement)
