3.2 Support Requests
If you contact our support team, we collect and store the personal data you provide to process your request. You are not required to provide personal data and may contact us using a pseudonym.
We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and assist with any future issues.
Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use “cookies” to ensure full functionality and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in browser settings, but some app features may not work properly.
