This Privacy Policy explains how our Application ("App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. This App is operated by Innovate Ai.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS & DATA ACCESS
To provide the App’s core features (PDF reading, editing, scanning, and conversion), we require access to specific components of your device. We request these permissions only when necessary for the App to function.
2.1. Storage & File Management
• Permissions: READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (All Files Access).
• Purpose: The App is a file utility tool. Its core purpose is to help you locate, read, edit, merge, and organize document files stored anywhere on your device.
• Justification: We require MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to scan your device for PDF and document files (e.g., .doc, .docx) to display them in a unified list and to allow you to save modified files to specific folders.
• Scope: We strictly access only document-related file formats. We do not access or collect your private photos or videos unless explicitly selected by you for "Image-to-PDF" conversion.
2.2. Camera & Images
• Permissions: CAMERA, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES.
• Purpose:
o Camera: Used strictly for the "Document Scanner" feature, allowing you to take photos of physical documents to convert them into PDF format.
o Media Images: Used to allow you to select existing images from your gallery to create PDF files.
2.3. Foreground Services & Notifications
• Permissions: FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE, POST_NOTIFICATIONS.
• Purpose:
o Foreground Service: Used to perform long-running file operations (such as converting Word to PDF, merging multiple large files, or compressing PDFs) ensuring these tasks complete successfully even if you minimize the App.
o Notifications: Used to alert you when a file processing task is finished.
2.4. Advertising ID & Connectivity
• Permissions: INTERNET, com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID.
• Purpose:
o Internet: Required to load advertisements and to perform specific file conversions (e.g., Word to PDF) that may require secure cloud processing.
o Advertising ID: We use the Google Advertising ID (GAID) to display personalized advertisements and for analytics/fraud prevention. You can reset this ID in your device settings.
3. DATA COLLECTION & SHARING
3.1. Personal Data
We do not require you to create an account to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
3.2. File Processing (Word-to-PDF / Conversions)
• Local Processing: Most features are processed 100% locally on your device.
• Cloud Processing: For complex conversions, the App may securely transmit the specific file to our secure servers for conversion.
• Retention: Files sent for conversion are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the conversion is complete. We do not store, view, or share your documents.
3.3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party libraries (SDKs) to facilitate the Service. These providers may collect data identified by your device (such as IP address, Device ID, Crash logs) under their own privacy policies.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
If you purchase a Premium subscription (IAP), the transaction is processed directly by Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Google Play’s Privacy Policy applies to your payment data.
5. SECURITY
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data (HTTPS encryption for transmission). However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under applicable laws, you have the right to opt-out of personalized advertising via your Android Settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID). You may also uninstall the App at any time to revoke all permissions and stop data collection.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
