Welcome to PDF Master, a PDF utility app by Ravi Paraliya (package: com.raviparaliya.pdfmaster). By downloading, installing, or using PDF Master, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the App

PDF Master helps you work with PDF and related files on your Android device. Features may include merge, split, compress, convert, lock, unlock, watermark, OCR, and other document tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Use only files you own or have permission to use

• Keep your device and any passwords you set in the app secure

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or try to break the app

• Not use the app in a way that harms others or violates any law

You are responsible for all activity that happens through your device while using the app.

4. Your Files and Content

• You keep ownership of your files and documents.

• Files are processed mainly on your device.

• We do not claim ownership of your content.

• You are responsible for backing up important files before editing, compressing, splitting, locking, or deleting them.

We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unreadable files caused by device issues, user mistakes, wrong passwords, or unsupported file formats.

5. Password and Encryption Features

If you use lock, unlock, or encryption features:

• Your password is used locally on your device

• If you forget your password, we cannot recover your files

• Removing protection may not work if the wrong password is entered or the file format is not supported

Use these features carefully.

6. Free and Premium Features

PDF Master may offer:

• Free features available without payment

• Premium features available through paid subscriptions

Premium access, pricing, and billing are handled through Google Play. Subscription terms shown at purchase apply.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• All payments are processed by Google Play

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings

• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies

• We do not handle payment details directly

Price changes, if any, will follow Google Play and applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the app to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content

• Attempt to bypass premium restrictions without a valid purchase

• Distribute malware or abuse app features

• Use the app in a way that could damage our systems or reputation

We may restrict access to features if these terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The app name, design, branding, code, and related materials belong to Ravi Paraliya or licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the app. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your device.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use services such as:

• Google Play Billing for subscriptions

• Google ML Kit for OCR features

Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

11. No Warranty

PDF Master is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will always work without errors

• Every file type will be supported perfectly

• Output files will always match your expectations

• The app will be available at all times

Use the app at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ravi Paraliya is not liable for:

• Lost, deleted, or damaged files

• Loss of data, profits, or business

• Device problems or third-party service failures

• Errors in converted, compressed, split, or edited documents

Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the recent billing period, where allowed by law.

13. Service Changes

We may:

• Add, remove, or change features

• Update the app

• Stop supporting older versions

• Modify free or premium feature access

We are not required to keep any specific feature available forever.

14. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or limit access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

15. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how information is handled.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise them.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless local law requires otherwise.
