At PDF TuLs (developed by TechHead Labs), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding your information when you use our mobile application.

1. 100% Offline Processing & Data Privacy

The primary function of PDF TuLs is to edit, scan, sign, merge, and convert PDF documents.

• Zero Uploads: All document processing (including text extraction, image conversion, redaction, encrypting, and signing) is executed entirely on your local device.

• No Server Storage: We do not upload your documents, images, signatures, or personal files to any server. Your sensitive files remain strictly under your control.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

A. Device Permissions

To provide the app's features, we request the following permissions on your device:

• Storage / Manage All Files Access: Necessary to locate, read, edit, and save PDF files on your device's external storage.

• Camera: Used strictly to scan documents when using the "Scan to PDF" tool.

B. AdMob Integration (Third-Party Services)

Our app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) to show advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain diagnostic or advertising-related data, such as:

• IP address (for general location estimation).

• Device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID).

• Ad interaction details (impressions, clicks, and page loads). This data is collected directly by Google to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. You can opt-out of personalized ads in your Android device's Google settings.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third-party service integrated is Google AdMob, which collects information according to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate action to remove it.
