Dr. M. Zeeshan Habib operates the PDF Tools mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or file contents from your device.
Local File Processing: All features provided by the App—including Scan to PDF, Image to PDF, and PDF to Image—operate entirely on your local device. Your files, documents, and converted images remain exclusively on your phone or local storage and are never uploaded to external servers or third-party cloud services.
No Account Required: You can access and use all functions of the App without creating an account or providing any personally identifiable information (PII).
To deliver core app features, the App requests access to specific device permissions:
Storage / Photos and Media Access: Required to read files and images selected for conversion, as well as to save generated PDF or image files to your device storage.
Camera Access (If used for scanning): Required solely to capture physical documents for the Scan to PDF feature. Camera frames and captured images are processed locally on your device and are never saved or sent elsewhere without your explicit action.
Note: You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your Android system settings.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, tracking tools, or external services that collect personal identifiers or file data.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13. Since all functionality works completely offline on the user's device, no personal data from any user is gathered.
Because all processing occurs entirely on your device, your documents and files remain protected by your device's built-in operating system security settings. We do not maintain external databases or cloud servers that hold user data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as new tools or features are added to the App. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
