We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage analytics, or device identifiers. All document operations, conversions, compressions, and password encryptions are processed entirely locally on your device.
3. On-Device File Access & Permissions
To perform its core functions, PDF Toolkit requests standard Android storage permissions:
- Photos & Images (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / Storage): Required solely for user-initiated actions such as converting images into PDFs, exporting PDF pages as images, and importing signature stamps.
- Document Access: Required solely to open, display, and save PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents selected by the user.
Your files and documents never leave your device and are never uploaded to any cloud service or third-party server.
4. Third-Party Services
The app contains no third-party tracking, analytics SDKs, or background telemetry. No user data is shared with third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
PDF Toolkit does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The application is completely offline and does not require account registration or internet access.

Your documents remain strictly within your device's secure file storage. Features such as PDF Password Encryption (Lock PDF) utilize standard AES-128 bit encryption to secure your files locally.
