1.2 Vital Permissions & Usage
To provide professional scanning and management services, the app requires the following access:
Camera Access: Required for the core "Maker" feature—converting physical documents into digital PDF files.
All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Essential for the "Editor" feature to find, rename, and organize PDF documents across your device’s storage.
Foreground Service (Special Use): Ensures that complex scanning tasks or large file exports are not interrupted by the system if you momentarily switch applications.
1.3 Data Shared with Third Parties
To keep the app free and optimize performance, we partner with AdMob, Mintegral, AppLovin, and Firebase. These services may automatically collect:
Technical Data: Device ID (GAID), IP address, and app interaction timestamps.
Purpose: These are used strictly for delivering relevant advertisements and analyzing crash reports to improve stability.
SECTION 2: TERMS OF SERVICE (User Agreement)
2.1 License Grant
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use PDF Scanner - Maker & Editor for personal or professional document management.
2.2 User Responsibilities & Restrictions
Backups: Since we do not store your files on a server, you are solely responsible for backing up your important scanned documents.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit any vulnerabilities within the application code.
Legal Use: You must not use the app to scan or process materials that violate copyright laws or regional regulations.
2.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "AS IS". While we strive for a bug-free experience for PDF7, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free at all times. carlos ignacio soliz flores is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure or accidental user deletion.
2.4 Subscriptions & Financials
Any premium features or "Pro" versions purchased are processed through the Google Play Store Billing System. All refund requests and subscription cancellations must be managed through your Google Account settings.
