- PDF and Document Files: When you upload files (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT) for conversion, OCR text recognition, or editing, we process these files to provide the requested services. These files may be stored temporarily on our servers to complete the conversion or processing.
- Text extracted from images/documents: OCR (optical character recognition) results.
- Contact data (optional): Business card fields (name, phone, email, etc.) if you choose to save to contacts.

- Device type, operating system, and device identifier.
- App version and build number.

Usage Data
- Features and tools accessed within the App.
