By downloading, installing, or using Pdfroom (“the App”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This agreement is between you and Pdfroom, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
These Terms supplement Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). In the event of a conflict, Apple’s terms shall prevail.
Pdfroom grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
Bypass security, licensing, or technical protections
Remove or alter trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary notices
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Pdfroom and its licensors.
Pdfroom may offer optional paid premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments are processed solely by Apple using your Apple ID
Pdfroom does not collect or store payment or billing details
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Account renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscriptions can be managed in Apple ID → Subscriptions
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase
All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under App Store policies. Pdfroom does not issue refunds or guarantee refund approval.
If you request a refund, Apple may share limited, non-identifiable usage data (such as purchase status, trial usage, time since installation, and refund outcome) strictly for compliance and service management.
Pdfroom may, at any time:
Modify, add, or remove features
Suspend or discontinue any part of the App
Introduce paid features with notice when required
Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or future updates is not guaranteed.
Use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Pdfroom primarily operates offline
Files remain on your device
You are responsible for device security
Use on jailbroken or rooted devices is unsupported and may cause instability or data risk
Some features may require an internet connection.
You are responsible for data, carrier, or roaming charges
Pdfroom is not liable for disruptions caused by connectivity failures or third-party services
You agree to:
Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
Ensure permission from the bill payer if you are not the primary account holder
Maintain a functional and updated device
Pdfroom is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdfroom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pdfroom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Pdfroom’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or In-App Purchases in the last 12 months, or USD $10, whichever is greater
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Pdfroom shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Disputes must be resolved individually. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Pdfroom may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time.
Upon termination:
Your license ends immediately
You must stop using and uninstall the App
Pdfroom may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
