Pdfroom (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Pdfroom mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use our Service.
By downloading, installing, or using Pdfroom, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.
Pdfroom is primarily an offline PDF utility application. We do not require user registration and do not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly stated in this policy.
Pdfroom does not request, collect, or store personal information such as name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
All documents, images, scans, and PDFs created or modified using the app remain stored locally on your device. Pdfroom does not upload, read, or access your files outside the app’s functionality.
Pdfroom offers optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID.
Pdfroom does not receive or store payment or billing information.
If a refund is requested, Apple may share limited, non-personal purchase-related data with us, such as confirmation of purchase, subscription status, trial usage, time since installation, and refund information, strictly for service management and compliance.
Refunds are governed solely by Apple’s App Store policies.
Use of In-App Purchases is additionally governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Apple’s standard terms.
To improve stability and performance, Pdfroom may use third-party tools such as Firebase for anonymized analytics and crash reporting.
In the event of an error or crash, log data may be collected automatically, including:
Device model
Operating system version
App version
Time and date of usage
General usage statistics
This data is anonymous, used only for diagnostics and service improvement, and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Pdfroom may send push notifications related to app updates, feature changes, or important service information.
Push notifications are optional.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Notifications are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Pdfroom itself does not use cookies or web-based tracking technologies.
Any third-party SDKs integrated for analytics or crash reporting operate under their own privacy standards and are limited to non-personal data required for app functionality.
Access to premium features via In-App Purchases is subject to Pdfroom’s End User License Agreement (EULA), which defines:

In case of conflict, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement shall prevail.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information processed by the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
