1. Required Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions only to realize core document functions, and all file processing is completed locally on your device. We will not upload your original documents to any server.
1.All Files Access & Storage Permission
Required to browse, read, open, edit, save, merge, split, encrypt PDF, Word, Excel, PPT and image files stored on your device; support image-to-PDF, Word-to-PDF, PDF-to-long-image export and local file management. Without this permission, you cannot access local documents to use the App’s core toolkit.
2.Camera Permission
Only used for the Scan PDF function: capture paper documents to generate scanned PDF files.
2. Information We Collect
The App prioritizes your privacy and only collects necessary information to ensure its normal operation, improve user experience, and resolve technical issues. All your document files are processed locally and will not be collected by us.
2.1 Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through integrated third-party tools) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data is collected automatically and is used solely to diagnose technical issues, fix app errors, and optimize the App’s performance. This Log Data may include information such as:
•Your device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address
•Device name and model
•Operating system version installed on your device
•The configuration of the App when you utilize our Service
•The time and date of your use of the Service
•The duration of your App usage
•Error codes and crash reports (if the App malfunctions)

The app does integrate third-party SDKs to support advertising, crash monitoring and data statistics functions. These third-party service providers have their own independent privacy management rules, and we are not responsible for their separate data collection, use, or disclosure practices. We will not actively share any user personal information with third-party service providers, and the App itself does not collect identifiable personal data of users.

All your documents, scanned pictures and converted files are only saved locally on your mobile device, and we have no access authority to these file contents.

These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls to limit who can access the data, and regular security audits. •Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the collection of Log Data or non-personal information by discontinuing use of the App; you can also revoke storage and camera permissions in your device settings to stop relevant file and camera access.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children under this age.
