This privacy policy applies to the GoalMind mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") developed by jacksonlam2023 (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider").
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
To improve user experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information while using the Application. The information requested will be retained and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
To help improve the Application and its services, aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at jacksonlam2023@gmail.com, and they will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 18.
The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under 18 years of age. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a user under 18 has provided personal information, such information will be immediately deleted from their servers.
