By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PDF & Document Reader Pro (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PDF & Document Reader Pro is a mobile application designed to provide PDF and document reading, viewing, management, and related document functionality.
Depending on the device, operating system, and App version, features may include:
Opening and viewing PDF and supported document files.
Reading and navigating documents.
Searching for text within supported documents.
Managing and organizing documents and files.
Adding annotations, notes, highlights, or other supported markup.
Editing or modifying documents where supported.
Converting or exporting documents where supported.
Sharing documents through supported device or system features.
Providing other PDF and document-related functionality available through the App.
Certain features may require access to device storage, files, media, or other system permissions.
You are responsible for reviewing and granting the permissions required by the App.
The availability and behavior of specific features may vary depending on the device, operating system version, file format, document characteristics, available storage, and other technical conditions.
The App may allow you to open, view, create, edit, annotate, convert, import, export, or otherwise process PDF files and other supported documents.
You retain ownership of documents and other content that you provide, create, or process using the App, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You are solely responsible for:
The documents and content you choose to use with the App.
Ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to access, modify, reproduce, or distribute such content.
Ensuring that your use of documents and content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Obtaining any required permission before sharing, publishing, reproducing, or distributing documents belonging to others.
You must not use the App to process or distribute content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
Contains unlawful or abusive material.
Is intended to defraud, deceive, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
Violates the rights of another person or entity.
We do not determine whether you have the legal right or permission to use particular documents or content.
Certain document features may involve local processing on your device or, where applicable, processing through third-party services.
The availability of document editing, conversion, OCR, compression, sharing, or other advanced features may depend on the document format, device capabilities, App version, and technical limitations.
You acknowledge that document processing may not always produce identical results to the original document.
Formatting, fonts, layouts, images, tables, metadata, hyperlinks, annotations, or other document elements may change or be lost during certain processing operations.
You are responsible for reviewing the resulting document before relying on, publishing, distributing, or sharing it.
The App may access files and folders on your device when necessary to provide document-related functionality.
Depending on the features you use, the App may allow you to:
Open files stored on your device.
Browse and organize supported documents.
Import or export files.
Save modified or generated documents.
Rename, move, copy, or delete files where supported.
Share documents using supported system features.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important documents.
We do not guarantee that documents, files, annotations, settings, or other content will always be preserved, recoverable, or available.
Deleting the App, clearing App data, changing devices, device failure, operating system changes, storage failure, or other circumstances may result in the loss of locally stored content.
Certain features of PDF & Document Reader Pro may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription") or other in-app purchase.
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, and available features will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited according to the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may use or integrate with third-party services for purposes including:
Advertising.
Analytics.
Crash reporting.
Cloud infrastructure.
Document processing or conversion, where applicable.
OCR or text recognition, where applicable.
Technical services required to provide App functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, or practices of third-party services.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, icons, and other materials included in the App are owned by INDOGAST MEDIA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App without authorization.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or technical restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person or entity.
Use the App to facilitate fraud, forgery, harassment, abuse, or other harmful activities.
Process, reproduce, or distribute documents without the necessary authorization.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through the App.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where legally permitted.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Use the App to create or distribute fraudulent or deceptive documents for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INDOGAST MEDIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Availability.
Accuracy.
Reliability.
Uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
Every PDF or document format will be supported.
Documents will always display exactly as intended.
Document editing, conversion, OCR, compression, or other processing will always produce perfect or identical results.
Document formatting, fonts, images, tables, metadata, or other elements will always be preserved.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Documents or other user content will never be lost or corrupted.
Third-party services will remain available.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing important documents and maintaining appropriate backups before relying on any document processed using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDOGAST MEDIA, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Errors or inaccuracies in document viewing, editing, conversion, OCR, or other processing.
Loss, corruption, alteration, or accidental deletion of documents or other content.
Formatting or content changes resulting from document processing.
Unauthorized access to files or information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Third-party services.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Claims involving copyright, privacy, intellectual property, or other rights related to user-provided documents or content.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INDOGAST MEDIA, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your misuse of the App.
Your unauthorized use or distribution of documents.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Your use of the App to create, modify, distribute, or process unlawful or fraudulent documents.
Your misuse of third-party services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable legal provisions, will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
