Your privacy matters. PDF Craft processes all files 100% on your device. We do not collect, upload, or share any of your documents or personal data.

1. Introduction

PDF Craft ("we", "our", or "us") built PDF Craft as a free, ad-supported mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use our App, how third-party services operate within the App, and your rights regarding your data.

By using PDF Craft, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any personal data or documents. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers

• We do not upload, transmit, or store your PDF files or any documents on any server

• We do not track your location

• We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone

All PDF processing — including merge, split, compress, convert, rotate, watermark, sign, annotate, and all other tools — happens entirely on your device. Your files never leave your phone or tablet.

3. Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Processed output files: Saved to the /storage/emulated/0/PDF Craft/ directory (or your chosen save location)

• Cached thumbnails: Temporary preview images for performance optimization

• App preferences: Your settings such as theme (light/dark), default output format, and save location preferences

• Usage counters: Local-only counters for features like rating prompts (e.g., number of tools used). These are never transmitted externally

This data remains on your device at all times and can be cleared via your device's Settings > Apps > PDF Craft > Clear Cache / Clear Data.

4. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Storage / File Access: Required to read PDF files you select through the file picker and to save processed output files. We only access files you explicitly choose — we never scan, index, browse, or access any files beyond your selection

• Internet Access: Required solely for loading and displaying advertisements via Google AdMob. No personal data, files, or document contents are ever transmitted over the internet

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

a) Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)

• IP address

• General device information (device model, OS version, screen size)

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

We do not share any of your files, documents, or PDF contents with AdMob or any advertising network.

b) Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Services for core functionality. Google Play Services may collect device and usage information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

Since all document processing happens locally on your device, your files remain under your full control at all times. No files are transmitted to external servers, eliminating risks associated with cloud-based processing.

We recommend securing your device with a PIN, password, fingerprint, or face unlock to protect your locally stored files.

7. Children's Privacy

PDF Craft is a general-purpose productivity tool and does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through a third-party service within the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our end. However, you can:

• Clear local data: Delete all app data from your device settings at any time

• Opt out of personalized ads: Go to your device's Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

• Uninstall the App: Removing the App will delete all cached data. Output files saved to your storage will remain until you manually delete them

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
