Q: Are my documents private?
A: Yes. Your files stay on your device. We do not upload, collect, or share your documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: How do the free limits work?
A: Free users get a limited number of imports and edits so you can try the app. Premium unlocks unlimited use and all tools.
Q: How do I subscribe or restore a purchase?
A: Open the app, tap "PRO" or "Go Premium" to see plans. If you already subscribed (e.g., on another device), tap "Restore" on the purchase screen.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad, select the App, and cancel there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Q: How do I request a refund?
A: Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. You can request a refund directly by visiting: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Q: OCR or a conversion didn't come out perfectly. Why?
A: Results depend on the quality and layout of the original document. Try rescanning with better lighting or a clearer source file. Always keep a backup of important documents.
Q: How do I delete a document?
A: Tap the "..." (more) button on a file, then Delete. You can also long-press to select multiple files and delete them together.
