These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this mobile application ("the App") provided by the developer of this application ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Where these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.
The App lets you scan, import, convert, edit, organize, compress, merge, OCR, watermark, number, password-protect, and share PDF documents. All processing happens on your device.
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. The following terms apply:

Weekly - $3.99 per week
Annual - $19.99 per year
Prices are in USD and may vary by region; the current price is always shown in the App before you purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically retains unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account Settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We are unable to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit: https://support.apple.com/HT204084
The App may offer a limited amount of free functionality (for example, a limited number of free imports or edits). We may change these limits, features, or pricing at any time.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to use;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its security features.
You are solely responsible for the content you import and create with the App.
The App, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Documents and content you create remain yours.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that conversions/OCR results will be perfectly accurate. Always keep backups of important documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to your use of the App obtained through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge and agree that:
Not a party: These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We (not Apple) are solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of license: Your license to use the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance and support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
Warranty: We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Product claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual property: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Legal compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you use the App as a consumer, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms limits or affects those statutory rights. Where applicable, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/).
