Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the PDFBatch: Convert Docs to PDF application (the "Service") operated by Matassion Digital ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Introduction
By downloading or using PDFBatch: Convert Docs to PDF, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. Use of the App (Free & Ad-Supported)
PDFBatch: Convert Docs to PDF is provided to you completely free of charge.
Advertising: To support the development and maintenance of the app, we display third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob). By using the app, you agree to the display of these advertisements.
Offline Nature: The app is designed to process files locally. However, an internet connection is required to load advertisements.
3. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer (Matassion Digital / Sinan Şahin).
4. User Responsibilities & Content
Your Files: You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using PDFBatch. Since we do not upload your files to any server, ensuring the backup and integrity of your original files is your responsibility.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the app to process illegal content or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitations of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost data or file corruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
Since the document processing relies on the LibreOfficeKit engine and Android system resources, complex formatting in some documents may not convert perfectly. We recommend verifying your output files.
6. Updates and Changes
We may wish to update the app at some point. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.
7. Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
