You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the app

• Disrupt or damage the app’s functionality

2. User Content

All files and documents uploaded by users remain the property of the user.

PDF Wizard AI:

• Does not claim ownership of user files

• Does not permanently store user documents

• Does not access files without user action

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and process.

3. Premium Features & Payments

Some features may require a premium subscription.

• Payments are handled through Google Play

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• Premium users experience the app without advertisements

Refunds and billing issues are subject to Google Play’s policies.

4. Advertisements

The free version of PDF Wizard AI may display advertisements.

Advertisements do not access or collect user documents or personal files.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and code belong to PDF Wizard AI unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDF Wizard AI is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by user actions

• Damages resulting from misuse of the app

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

İzinsiz kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

Yanlış kullanım sonucu oluşabilecek veri kayıplarından PDF Wizard AI sorumlu değildir.

7. Hesabın Sonlandırılması
