PDF Viewer : Read & Edit (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Application”) welcomes you to use our products and services. Please read the following User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using our Application.

By using our Application, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you choose to use my services, you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The personal information I collect is used to provide and improve the service. I will not use or share your information with anyone other than as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Applications collect information when you download and use them. This information may include:

We would like to inform you that whenever you use my service, I will collect (via third-party products) data and information on your mobile phone, called log data, if there is an error in the application.

This log data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using my Services, the time and date you used the Services, and other statistical information.

Opt-Out Rights&Data Retention Policy

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. We regularly review and update security measures to address evolving threats.

You can easily stop all information collection by the application by uninstalling the application. You can use standard uninstall programs available on your mobile device or mobile application marketplace or on the web. If necessary, you can contact us at pearuell@gmail.com.

We will retain the data you provide for analysis for a period of 60 days, if you wish to delete your User Provided Data provided through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at pearuell@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

To provide the Services to you

We will request some necessary permissions to enable the core functionality of this application.

In order to view, manage and delete pdf, word, excel, ppt type files, we will request the following permissions:

- android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

(user device under Android 11).

- android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (user device on Android 11 and above).

Cookies

Cookies are files containing small amounts of data, usually used as an anonymous unique identifier. This information is sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored in your device's memory.

The Service does not explicitly use these "cookies". However, this application may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve its services. You can choose to accept or decline these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to reject our cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of the Service.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (pearuell@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
