When you access the PDF Reader: Viewer, PDF Editor app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

IP address truncated by one octet

This data is stored for technical purposes only and is not associated with any specific individual.

3.2 Support Requests

Support requests are stored for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and to assist with any future issues.

Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
