I've had this same problem, just like Code E explained it. After I experimented with different combinations, I ended up with 1) leave "snap windows" enabled, and 2) disable all the snap windows options. Now my windows don't automatically resize anymore. I like the "show my snapped windows when I hover..." option, so I have that one enabled under snap windows options.

V39 finally became available. Can resize windows again. The home environment teleport disappeared again although that had returned on V38 after the window resize stopped working.

The teleport feature seems to come and go so I expect it will return. Quest 2 64gb, V39.
