Terms of Service
JinBang Pipe: March 2026
Welcome to JinBang Pipe's App ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all users. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our information practices. Disagreement with any provision prohibits App usage.
1. Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms unilaterally. Periodic review is your responsibility. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may deploy automatic App updates for performance, security, or functionality; refusing updates may disable the App.
2. Restrictions
Compliance with applicable laws (privacy, IP, data protection) is mandatory. Prohibited acts include:
Copying the App (except for operational backups);
Modifying, translating, or merging the App with external code;
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works (unless legally permitted);
Distributing, sublicensing, leasing, or commercializing App rights;
Removing copyright/trademark notices;
Framing/mirroring the App on external services;
Extracting data/metadata or building derivative databases;
Actions harming the App's integrity;
Illegal or harmful activities;
Unauthorized uses beyond these Terms.
Violations incur liability for our losses (including legal costs).
3. Intellectual Property
We retain global ownership of the App, content, and documentation. Copyright/trademark laws protect all materials. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of IP is strictly prohibited.
4. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to external sites (e.g., via ads). We neither control nor endorse such content. Your access to third-party sites is governed by their terms; we assume no liability for your use of them.
5. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. We may suspend/terminate access immediately for breaches. You may terminate by uninstalling the App. Surviving clauses: 3 (IP), 4 (Third-Party Links), 6 (Termination), 7 (Liability).
6. Liability Limitation
Our annual aggregate liability for direct damages (contract/tort/statutory) is capped at the higher of:
(i) 100% of fees paid for the App that year; or (ii) $100.
Note: The App is for personal/household use only. We exclude liability for commercial-use losses (profits, business interruption, opportunities).
7. Privacy Policy
Personal data protection is critical. Refer to our separate Privacy Policy (non-incorporated herein) for data handling details.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided "AS IS". We disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including:
Continuous, secure, error-free operation;
Accuracy/reliability of results;
Conformance to expectations;
Correction of defects;
Absence of viruses/malware.
9. General
Partial invalidity does not void remaining terms. Disputes require amicable negotiation before litigation in the defendant's jurisdictional courts.
