These terms and conditions apply to the PDF Reader - View Docs app (referred to as "we," "our," or "the app") for mobile devices, created by Color-Call-Screen-App  (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. Before using our app, please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By using the app, you agree to follow all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

By downloading or using the app, you automatically accept the following terms. We strongly recommend that you read and fully understand these terms before using the app. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or tampering with the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative works. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the app remain the property of the Service Provider.

User Code of Conduct

When using our app, you agree to follow this code of conduct:

§ Do not engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities using our app.

§ Do not disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the app.

§ Do not distribute illegal, obscene, offensive, or infringing content through our app.

§ Do not use the app for advertising, promotion, or commercial activities without our prior permission.

 We are committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the app or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

 Intellectual Property

Our application contains content protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, trademarks, etc. Without our explicit permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content in our application.

Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure that our app functions smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee that it will always meet your expectations or be free of defects or errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the app.

The app stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and control access to the app. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this removes software restrictions imposed by the device’s operating system. Doing so may expose your phone to malware, viruses, and other security risks, and could cause the app to malfunction or stop working altogether.

Please note that we are not responsible for certain aspects of the app's use. Some functions require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We are not liable if the app does not work properly due to lack of Wi-Fi access or if you run out of mobile data.

If you’re using the app outside of a Wi-Fi network, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s terms and conditions still apply. You may incur charges for data usage while using the app, including roaming charges if you are outside your home country or region without disabling data roaming. By using the app, you agree to be responsible for any such charges. If you are not the primary bill payer for the device you’re using, you should make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for the use of the app if your device runs out of battery. If your device’s battery dies and you cannot access the app, this is not something for which we are liable.

While we aim to keep the app up-to-date and accurate, we rely on third-party providers to supply certain information. We are not liable for any loss—whether direct or indirect—that results from relying solely on the app’s functionality.

Modification and Interpretation of the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app and will take effect from the date of publication. By continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by the modified Agreement. We reserve the right to interpret this Agreement as we see fit.

We may update the app from time to time. As operating system requirements evolve, we may need to release updates for compatibility. You will need to download any updates if you want to keep using the app. While we do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain relevant or compatible with your device's operating system version, you agree to accept updates whenever they are offered. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
