3. Special Disclaimers Regarding Electronic Signature and Seal Functions

3.1 Effectiveness of Electronic Signatures

The "Electronic Signature" function provided by this Application is solely for the visual representation of adding a signature to a PDF document. This Application does not provide identity authentication services based on digital certificates, and does not guarantee that such signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures in specific legal contexts (such as certain high-risk contracts, real estate transactions, etc.).

You are responsible for independently evaluating whether the electronic signatures generated by this Application meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction and specific business scenarios.

3.2 Seal Extraction and Use (Special Warning)

The "Seal Extraction" function provided by this Application is an image processing tool intended to facilitate users in digitally archiving legally held physical seals or using them for informal document processing. You must strictly adhere to the following regulations:
Legal Authorization and Compliant Use: You must ensure that you are the lawful holder of the extracted seal or have obtained explicit written authorization from the rights holder. It is strictly prohibited to use this Application to extract, forge, or alter seals that you are not authorized to use (including but not limited to seals of state organs, enterprises, public institutions, social organizations, or other individuals).
Sole Legal Responsibility: Forging, altering, trading, stealing, seizing, or destroying official documents, certificates, or seals of state organs are illegal and criminal acts. If you use this Application to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities (such as forging official seals, contract fraud, etc.), you shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom (including civil, administrative, and criminal liabilities), and the Application and its developer bear no responsibility.
No Review Obligation: As a tool software, this Application does not review the authenticity, legality, or ownership of the seal content you extract or use. You bear full responsibility for the results generated by using this function.
Anti-counterfeiting Notice: The seal images generated by this Application are merely pixel simulations, do not possess any anti-counterfeiting features, and cannot replace the legal effect of physical seals.

3.3 Seam Seal Function

The "Seam Seal" function simulates a sealing effect on the edges of PDF pages through image processing technology. This effect is purely a visual simulation and does not represent a technical guarantee against document tampering for integrity purposes.
