Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PDF Converter mobile application (the "App") operated by Nabil Massaoudi ("we," "us," or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content (images, documents, etc.) that you choose to process using the App. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use and that your use of the content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
The App, including its original features, functionality, and content (excluding content provided by users), is and will remain the exclusive property of Nabil Massaoudi. The App is protected by copyright and other laws. Our name and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with any other software, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
As the App operates entirely on your device, we are not responsible for the loss or corruption of any files you process. It is your responsibility to back up your data.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms within the App. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
