Documents and Files Processed:
PDF Editor: Fast PDF Reader processes files, PDFs, and documents stored locally on your device to enable reading, editing, scanning, and management functions. Your documents are processed locally on your device unless explicit cloud backup or remote conversion services are initiated by you.

Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address);
Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse or click fraud in advertising);
Data from platforms that the Application runs on (such as Google Play and Apple App Store to verify payment and subscription status);

Open ID / User ID
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application, until account deletion, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.
IP Address
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application, until account deletion, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.
Device ID & Device Information
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application, until account deletion, upon which it will be deleted within 30 days.
Advertising ID
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application, until account deletion, upon which it will be deleted within 15 days.
Transaction Records
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application and then retained for the duration required to comply with statutory legal/tax obligations.
Customer Support Ticket ID & Communications
Support data is deleted within 30 days of a lawful request from you for erasure.
Security & Crash Logs
Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Application, until account deletion request, upon which it will be deleted within 30 days.
Survey Information
Stored up to 6 months if email is provided (for follow-up) or up to 1 month if no email is provided, then anonymized.
Personal Information is kept until the end of its life cycle. When destroying personal information, measures will be taken to make the data irrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files containing personal information will be deleted permanently using technical methods.
In the event that the processing and retention period have terminated, but personal information is required to be retained continuously for other legal reasons, the relevant personal information will be stored and maintained separately.
