PDF Converter: Reader & Editor (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the App may process:

• Google Sign-In information, including your name, email address, profile photo, and account ID.

• Profile photos selected by you.

• Technical information, diagnostics, app interactions, and device identifiers.

• Approximate location and advertising information processed by Google AdMob.

• Support information that you voluntarily send to us.

Scanned images, imported files, and PDFs are generally stored locally on your device. We do not sell your documents or use their contents for advertising.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to:

• Provide Google Sign-In and account-management features.

• Save account settings and profile information.

• Provide scanning, PDF creation, viewing, editing, sharing, and text-extraction features.

• Display and measure advertisements.

• Improve app security, reliability, and performance.

• Respond to support or deletion requests.

• Comply with legal requirements.

Camera, Photos, and Files

The App requests camera, photo, and file access only when you use a feature that requires it, such as scanning a document, importing a file, or selecting a profile photo.

You may deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.

Local documents, scanned images, PDFs, and profile photos remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the App, or remove them using the available device or App controls.

When you share a file, it is sent to the app or service you select. That service’s privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Services

The App may use:

• Firebase Authentication

• Google Sign-In

• Google AdMob

• Google ML Kit

• Google Play Services

These providers may process information under their own policies:

Google AdMob may process advertising IDs, device information, approximate location, app interactions, and ad-performance information to provide and measure advertisements.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Data transmitted by supported third-party services is encrypted in transit where applicable. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Account and Data Deletion

You may sign out through the App where available.

To request deletion of your account or personal information, email:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and describe what you want deleted. Account information will be deleted where applicable. Local PDFs, scanned documents, imported files, and profile photos stored on your device are not automatically deleted when an account is deleted; you must remove those files separately.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be changed when updates are published.
