Scott Bloomquist is the founder of PD Consultants. He brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience to the company. His leadership influence and ability grew in college when he founded and served as President of the the local chapter of FCA at Concordia University in St. Paul Minnesota. As he continued to grow in leadership and recognizing his passion and ability to influence youth, he entered the field of public education. The leadership skills he possesses helped him grow from a part time bus driver to a Public School Superintendent in 13 years. He served as a Pre K-12 District Superintendent for 4 years where he saw annual growth in test scores and improved financial rankings every year. He currently is serving as the Regional Superintendent for one of the largest Regional Offices of Education in Illinois. He has a BA in Psychology from Concordia University, MS in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and an Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Eastern Illinois University. He has traveled around the country speaking and training. He continues to study leadership and is a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Speaker, and Presenter and is a Certified Presenter through the 3D Institute.
