Sometimes, we have to go on strike.

Going on strike is a necessary last resort when employers refuse to engage with us on workplace issues. Striking allows members to put pressure on their employer to resolve the dispute.

Through our strike fund we support members who are taking action over issues such as:

• pay

• protecting their terms and conditions

• office closures

We use our strike fund to support members financially when they lose pay by taking strike action.

The fund can make it possible to win workplace campaigns.
