PCS Voucher Assistant Privacy Policy

PCS Voucher Assistant is an independent application developed by Jeremy Boone. It is not an official Department of War or Military Service application.
PCS Voucher Assistant is designed to help users prepare and organize PCS travel voucher documents locally on their device. The app does not require an account and does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer or third parties.
Voucher information, travel details, expenses, supporting documents, and generated PDF files are processed and stored locally on the user’s device. The app does not collect, generate, infer, calculate, derive, store, or populate Social Security numbers or Department of Defense identification numbers. DD Form 1351-2 Block 4 is intentionally left blank by design.
The app may allow users to select local files or images as supporting documents and may create PDF voucher packages from those files. These files remain on the device unless the user intentionally chooses to share or export a generated document using the device’s native sharing features.
PCS Voucher Assistant does not contain advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or user accounts. The app does not sell user data.
Data remains on the user’s device until the user deletes the voucher, supporting files, generated documents, application data, or uninstalls the application. Because the developer does not receive or maintain copies of this locally stored information, deletion is controlled by the user through the application and device.
Reasonable technical measures are used to limit unnecessary network access and keep application data within private application storage. Users should only share generated voucher packages with recipients they trust.
