SPECIAL $350 from March 2, 2024 to April 12, 2024.

After April 12th contracts will be accepted if space is available.

Scholarships available - See Ms. Ada.

(Goodie Bag is NOT guaranteed after March 1, 2024.)

Each student attending Project Graduation must submit a completed PG Contract and registration fee.  Submit PG Contract and registration fee in a sealed envelope and deliver to the locked Project Grad mailbox in the PCHS Front Office--Adminstration Building (Office closes at 4:00 p.m.) or mail to PCHS Project Graduation, 2100 Hookiekie Street, Pearl City, HI 96782 (postmark will be used to determine registration fee).


All of the following must be completed in order for a student to attend Project Graduation


NOTE: Incomplete forms will be returned and the delay may result in missing the registration fee deadline.

Registration Fee

Registration fee is based on the date of submission.  Cash, check (payable to PCHS PTSA) or cashier's check will be accepted.

$200 Registration fee (If payment is received by September 29, 2023)

$250 Registration fee (If payment is received between September 30, 2023 and October 20, 2023)

$350 Registration fee (If payment is received between October 21, 2023 and March 1, 2024)

$450 Registration fee (If payment is received between March 2, 2024 and April 12, 2024)

Goodie bags are not guaranteed after March 1, 2024

After April 12, 2024, contracts will be accepted at full cost ($450), if space is available.

All registration fees are non-refundable & non-transferable--No exceptions.  COVID-19 restrictions will be considered for partial refund.

Financial assistance may be available to families in need.  Please contact Counselor Ms. Malama Ada for more information.


Project Grad Approval

An email confirmation will be sent once a student's contract and registration fee has been received.  If you do not receive a confirmation within one week of submittal, please email us at pg2024pchs@gmail.com.
