It was a pivotal moment when CEO Nestor Fernandez and his wife, Bernadette Fernandez, made the daring decision to embark on this venture. The culmination of their vision led to the establishment of Patient's Choice Medical and Industrial Laboratory in May 1999. Nestor, with his creative touch, personally crafted the company logo, symbolizing a man with a passion for maintaining his own health and overcoming any obstacles that may come his way.

The logo represents not just a figure, but a journey—one of wellness, resilience, and determination. It embodies the spirit of our commitment to our patients' health and well-being, reflecting our dedication to providing not just laboratory services, but a path towards a healthier life.

As we took our first steps, we operated on a modest scale, with a small but dedicated team handling all aspects of clinic operations. Each member of our team wore multiple hats, ensuring that every task was attended to with care and precision. 

Now, after 25 years of running the business, we have obtained an immense amount of support from our beloved patients, which enabled us to expand our services to Pasig City within the process, allowing us to reach even more individuals in need of quality healthcare solutions. Our journey continues, fueled by the trust and confidence placed in us by our community.
