ABOUT US

PCIST Sta. Lucia was established in the year 2015 and inaugurated in April 2016. The building used to be the old Sta. Lucia High School, which was relocated in a bigger area in the same Barangay. The Tech-voc School was built as an extension of PCIST Bambang to cater residents from nearby areas particularly from District 2 Barangays. 

VISION

  As an office, we envision to become a globally-responsive institution driven with adaptive and quality programs with modern equipment and infrastractures, offered by competent and highly motivated human resources, guided by committed leaders in order to develop trainees who shall have improved quality of life, in order to become disciplined, productive, and progressive citizens of the country
