The Pinal County Democratic Party, has recommitted itself to strengthening the party from the grassroots, and this website is an essential tool for anyone interested in organizing at the grassroots level.
True grassroots democracy begins with the work you do at the precinct level as volunteer or Precinct Committeeperson.
The Democratic Precinct Committeeperson L.E.A.D.S. by Listening, Educating, Activating, Deciding elections, and Supporting the voters, the volunteers, the Party, and our candidates.
The Party depends on you to make the difference in elections by following the guidelines on this website to register new Democratic voters and get them to vote. With your active, ongoing help in your precinct, we will succeed in electing Democrats to all levels of public office.
As a member of the Pinal County Democrats, it’s important that you stay involved. The strength of the County Party is in its volunteers.
We cannot stress enough that the most important person in the future of the Democratic Party is YOU. We’re counting on you to be the eyes, ears and voice of the Democratic Party in your neighborhoods and communities.

A PRECINCT COMMITTEEPERSON (PC) IS THE DEMOCRATIC REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR PRECINCT!
The primary role of the PCs for each precinct is to work together; to serve as the connection between the Democratic Party, the voters and our Democratic elected officials; and to represent your entire precinct within the Party.
Educate yourself: Become informed about current issues and candidates.
Attend Meetings: Attend the quarterly meeting of Pinal County.
Get Trained: Attend training sessions to improve your skills and effectiveness as a PC.
Support Candidates: Support nominees of the Democratic Party and educate voters in your precinct about the Democratic Party, its nominees and Democratic issues.
Build Relationships in your Community: Establish and maintain a Democratic communication network in your neighborhood through door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and/or organizing social gatherings to share information.
Recruit Others: Recruit and maintain contact with precinct volunteers to assist with Democratic Party and election activities.
GOTV: Help Get Out The Vote on Election Day and in the days leading to the Election, when possible.
Donate: Support the County Party and State Party with regular donations.
