Dominican School of Calabanga (DSC) is the only Catholic school in Calabanga, located in San Francisco, Calabanga, Camarines Sur. It offers education from preschool to senior high school, guided by experienced teachers and dedicated religious sisters. The school provides a well-organized learning environment with various clubs and activities that help students develop their skills and enjoy their school life.
DSC was founded by the Dominican Sisters of Blessed Imelda, who arrived in the Philippines on March 7, 1991. They began their mission in Calabanga and established the school in June 1993 under the name San Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic School, initially offering preschool education. In 2001, Grade 1 was introduced, followed by other grade levels in the succeeding years. As the school continued to grow, it adopted the name Dominican School of Calabanga, which its students proudly carry today.
The Dominican School of Calabanga envisions a Dominican Imeldan Educating Community imbued with Eucharistic virtues, undertaking the integral formation of persons to become morally upright, productive and responsible citizens, capable of proactive involvement in transforming society and in building God's Kingdom on Earth.

I love playing sports, especially soccer, because it creates unforgettable memories with my friends and teammates. One of my most memorable moments was playing soccer in BACSMEET at Legazpi, Albay. We stayed there for three days, sleeping in a classroom, bonding as a team, and giving our best on the field. Winning the championship game was an incredible feeling, and celebrating with the Sisters of Dominican School of Calabanga at Jollibee made it even more special. Sports are meaningful to me because they bring excitement, teamwork, and lasting friendships. Through sports, I have developed discipline, resilience, and teamwork, learning valuable lessons that go beyond the field and help me grow as a person.
