The 28th Postgraduate Combinatorial Conference (PCC) will be held in London on 15-17 April 2024.
The PCC is a well-established three-day event promoted by the British Combinatorial Committee. The conference is organised by, and for, current research students in all areas of combinatorial and discrete mathematics. The PCC is mainly aimed at UK-based students but is also open to those from abroad.
The main goal of the conference is to provide an opportunity for research students to discuss their research in a relaxed environment, to gain practice at presenting their research outside of their own department and to meet other researchers in their area. Each student is encouraged to contribute by giving a talk which will last 25 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions).
On the 15th and 16th the talks will be in LSE room MAR.2.08 (Marshall Building, 44 Lincoln's Inn Fields, WC2A 2ES) .
On the 17th the talks will be in UCL Room 505 (UCLU, 25 Gordon St, WC1H 0AY).
We are pleased to announce the following invited speakers.
Carla Groenland (Delft University of Technology), "Labelling schemes and universal graphs"
Richard Montgomery (University of Warwick), "Finding regular subgraphs" "Finding Regular Subgraphs"
Alexey Pokrovskiy (University College London), "Structures in expander graphs"
Julia Wolf (University of Cambridge), "Efficient regularity lemmas"
Registration to attend the conference and payment can be completed here. Registrations will close on the 14th of April 2024. The registration costs £30 (an additional 10£ will be charged to join the conference dinner).
Each student is encouraged to contribute by giving a talk which will last 25 minutes (including 5 minutes for questions).
