The app stores the following information only on your device:

• Your selected grade, cohort group, and day preferences

This data:

• Is stored locally in your device's storage

• Never leaves your device

• Is not transmitted to any servers

• Is not shared with third parties

• Is not accessible to us or anyone else

How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information because we never have access to it. All preference data remains on your device and is used solely to provide the app's functionality.

App Content

The schedule, calendar, and teacher information displayed in PCA Schedule is school directory information built directly into the app. It does not originate from user input and is not collected from users.

Data Storage

Any locally stored preferences are stored on your iPhone using iOS's secure storage system. This data is:

• Protected by your device's security features

• Only accessible through the PCA Schedule app

• Automatically backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled (controlled by your iOS settings)

• Deleted when you delete the app

Third-Party Services

PCA Schedule does not use any third-party services, analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. We do not integrate with any external services that could access your data.

Children's Privacy

PCA Schedule is intended for use by students, families, and staff of Phoenix Coding Academy, including students under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Data Retention

Any locally stored preferences remain on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. When you delete the app from your device, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your preference data is visible within the app

• Modify: You can change your selections at any time within the app

• Delete: You can uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security features:

• Use a strong passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID

• Keep your iOS software up to date

• Enable iCloud Backup if you want data recovery options

We implement industry-standard security practices in our app code to protect any locally stored data.

International Users

PCA Schedule can be used anywhere in the world. Since no data is transmitted from your device, there are no international data transfer concerns.

When submitting to the App Store, you'll be asked about data collection. Here's how to answer:

• "Does this app use data for tracking purposes?" — NO

• "Does this app link data to the user's identity?" — NO

Since PCA Schedule stores everything locally and doesn't transmit any data, you can honestly answer "NO" to all data collection questions.
