Computation: Based on third party’s accreditation matrix, evidence requirements and interviews

Required Data in Calculating Measure: List of action items on the ISO accreditation

Where and How is it Acquired: Administrative and General Services Department/ Human Resources Division

Baseline Data: 2021 : Failure of ISO Bidding |  2022 : Revision of Manual  |  2023 : 1st Surveillance Audit Passed
