Rationale
In view of the recent recomposition of PCA Performance Evaluation System (PES) Technical Working Group (TWG) and as a result of the recent meeting of the PCA PES TWG on October 1, 2024, the Corporate Planning Service will implement an online mechanism to monitor and evaluate the progress of committed measures and targets (Performance Scorecard) submitted to the Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG).
The online platform - PCA Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PCA-PMES) can be accessed thru https://bit.ly/pca-pmes. As presented in the Scorecard 2024 section, each Strategic Measure (SM) will have its corresponding SM Profile (wherein all essential information about the SM profile can be accessed) and Status (wherein the EDITORS and VIEWERS of data per SM can be accessed).
All PCA offices involved in the GCG Performance Scorecard 2024 are instructed to appoint a designated PMES Officer in their respective office/unit. The PMES Officers are tasked with coordinating, monitoring and encoding the required data of their respective office/unit to the PCA-PMES.
The names, positions/designations and Viber accounts of the PMES Officers must be submitted to CPS thru email cps@pca.gov.ph as soon as possible for inclusion in the PCA-PMES Viber Group that will be managed by the CPS. Any concerns or inquiries regarding the PCA-PMES will be answered through this Viber Group account.
The PMES Officers are required to input all the data and information of their respective office commitments to the PCA-PMES not later than October 21, 2024. These data and information will be processed and consolidated by the CPS to generate the third (3rd) Quarter Report 2024 for submission to the GCG and the PCA Management.
This initial undertaking aims to establish a centralized data repository and M&E mechanism in an organized, transparent and accountable manner. Any comments/suggestions are highly encouraged to further improve this undertaking.
