Where and How is it Acquired: Accomplishment Report / PCA Regional Offices, and PCA Central Office

Means of Verification: Periodic assessment conducted by RA 8048 Focal Persons

Formula: RA 8048 Reported Violations/Conflict Acted Upon over Reported Violations/Conflicts Acted Upon within 15 working days over Reported Violations or Conflicts
