COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC & ESTIMATE

*Cost Per Item: ( $50 )

For looking at your single computer hardware/software issue or need and then, a Total Cost Estimate is written up before any agreed upon work is performed. NOTE: The total cost of any agreed upon work will also include the Diagnostic and Estimate Consultation fee too. The diagnostic process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

COMPUTER OR SMALL RELATED ITEM(S) RESEARCH / DELIVERY

*Cost Per Item: ( $50 )

For helping a customer find a specific computer or small related item(s) - ie whether on the Internet or, at a retail store. Customer CAN BE present with the tech during the item'(s) research too. This can be done when at the customer's location or, with them at a retail store as well. Plus, this service CAN include the specific computer or small related item(s) for pickup and delivery to the customer's location by the assigned tech.

[NOTE:] Customer location based Mileage Travel fees are not included in this service. AND, the customer is responsible for all computer item(s) and cost(s) to which they are interested in.

SOFTWARE / DATA REPAIR

*Cost Per Item: ( $70 )

• a. Computer Data Handling -- Recovering personal or business data from computer storage media.

• b. Account Password Recovery Help -- For On-Site Tech Assisted recovery of forgotten passwords.

• c. Virus Scan & Removal -- Scan and removal of viruses, spy ware & Internet junk-ware.

** CUSTOMER'S ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DATA BACK UP STORAGE. **

COMPUTER HARDWARE HANDLING

*Cost Per Item: ( $90 )

• a. Media / Computer Placement & Setup -- Connecting up cords, cables and peripheral media devices.

• b. Hardware Items Install, Replace or, Repair -- Drives, Device Cards, Memory Modules & or Peripherals.

OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLS

"OS = Operating System"

*Cost Per Item:

• a. (   $90 ) - Current Computer System Upgrade - Updating existing OS to its latest version.

• b. ( $130 ) - New Basic Computer OS Software Install - Operating System and its updates.

• c. ( $170 ) - New Standard Computer OS Software Install - Installation of Operating System software with  its updates, your Anti-Virus or Internet Security Software, Office Suite Applications & Other Applications.

** NO TECH PERFORMED DATA BACKUPS. **

CUSTOM COMPUTER BUILD

*Cost Per Item: ( $200 )

Cleaning / Dusting out your current computer. Installation of New or Used Hardware “ ie Parts.” Installing the operating system software with its updates, Anti-Virus or Internet Security Software, Office Suite Applications and etc. Includes Data Backup and Restore too.

OLD COMPUTER RECYCLING

*Cost Per Item: ( $50 )

For taking & recycling old computer hardware. Must be from Year 2008 and up. Such as: 

• Computers (MAC / PC) - ie Monitors/Screens, Keyboards, Mouse/Mice, Hard Drives. *No CRT Screens.

• Home / Business Network Routers, Home/Business Network Switches

• Small / Medium Sized Laser Printers. (*Sorry No Inkjet Printers Accepted.)
