Grants and Scholarships

The PTSA is proud to support PBHS seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and involvement in PTSA activities. Seniors who qualify will be eligible to receive scholarships and graduation cords in recognition of their commitment to both their education and school community. To be considered, students must participate in PTSA-sponsored events, maintain good academic standing, and meet all eligibility criteria. The Pompano Beach High PTSA is currently accepting requests for funding for any PBHS class, club or organization. The request must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the monthly PTSA Board Meeting or Scheduled General Meeting. Funding requests will be reviewed by the PBHS Principal and PTSA Board and voted on. Requestors are required to attend the monthly meeting and present their case. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month.

This program recognizes and supports outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and community service. The application window for the 2026-2027 has not opened yet. The Broward County Council of PTA/PTSAs (BCCPTA/PTSA) awards grants to local units in support of specific program goals & scholarships each year to graduating seniors in Broward County public schools.  To learn more and apply visit Grants & Scholarships (browardptsa.org)
