Welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) at Bordeaux School of Economics (BxSE) and a Distinguished affiliate member of the CESifo Research Network
My research mostly focuses on the application of quasi-experimental methods to two major environmental challenges: climate change and ambient air pollution.
Much of my research evaluates the design and effectiveness of environmental and energy policies, with a particular focus on their implications for public health, innovation, and inequality.
I am the co-recipient of the 2024 Joachim Herz Prize that will finance the project MEEP - Mapping effects of environmental policies (2024 - 2027). I also contribute as an author to Working Group 4 of the Lancet Countdown Europe.
