Welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor (Maître de conférences) at Bordeaux School of Economics and affiliated with the Cluster of Excellence “Climate, Climatic Change, and Society” (CLICCS) and the Center for Earth System Research and Sustainability (CEN). I am also a Distinguished affiliate member of the CESifo Research Network.
My research mostly focuses on the application of quasi-experimental methods to delve into the intricate realms of two major environmental challenges: climate change and ambient air pollution.
Much of my work evaluates the design and effectiveness of environmental and energy policies and their intersections with public health, biodiversity conservation, and distributional considerations.
I am the co-recipient of the 2024 Joachim Herz Prize that will finance the project MEEP - Mapping effects of environmental policies (2024 - 2027).
