1. Eligibility for Returns

The return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code (unless defective).
Perishable goods or products that have been tampered with.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
