Paytimo (“the App”) is a work hours and estimated earnings tracking application.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Paytimo.
Paytimo allows users to record information such as:
Work start and end times
Break times
Hourly pay rate
Overtime settings
Work notes
Estimated earnings
App preferences and settings
This information is stored locally on your device.
Paytimo does not require an account and does not operate its own server or cloud database for storing your work records.
We do not receive or access your locally stored work records.
Paytimo uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes, including:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
Device and advertising identifiers
App and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and ad clicks
Diagnostic and performance information
This information may be used for purposes such as:
Providing and displaying advertisements
Measuring advertising performance
Limiting repeated advertisements
Preventing fraud and abuse
Providing personalized advertising where permitted
Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and advertising policies.
Google explains that personalized advertising may use previously collected information such as app activity, interests, location, or demographic information. Non-personalized advertising may still use identifiers and other information for purposes such as frequency capping, reporting, and fraud prevention.
Paytimo uses Google's consent and privacy management tools where applicable.

Your available choices may be presented through Google's privacy messaging system within the App.

Google requires publishers using its advertising products to disclose data collection, sharing, and use resulting from Google advertising services.
Paytimo does not sell or share your locally stored work records.
We do not transmit your recorded work hours, notes, hourly rate, break information, or estimated earnings to our own servers.
Google AdMob may automatically collect and share advertising-related device and usage information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy.
Work records and settings created in Paytimo are stored locally on your device.
You can remove locally stored information by:
Deleting records within the App where available
Clearing the App's storage through your device settings
Uninstalling the App
Once local App data is deleted, Paytimo does not maintain a server-side copy of those records.
Information independently collected or processed by Google or other third-party advertising providers is subject to their own retention and deletion policies.
Because Paytimo stores your work records locally on your device, the security of those records also depends on the security of your device and operating system.
We do not operate a remote database containing your Paytimo work records.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob maintain their own security practices for information they process.
Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Paytimo is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own servers because Paytimo does not operate user accounts or a server-based user database.
Advertising services used by the App are subject to Google's policies regarding children and advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Paytimo's features, advertising services, or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
