New Walkway in the Commons

  Come Try It Out! 

We’re excited to share that a short test section of a proposed new walkway has been installed in the Payson Pines Commons area.

This improvement has been discussed at the last two board meetings and is part of an ongoing effort to enhance accessibility and ease of use for all residents. We invite everyone to walk on the new path and see how it feels.

Materials

1. Vodaland EasyPave Grid Permeable Paving System 

2. 3/8" gravel

3. Woven landscape fabric (weed barrier), 4-foot width 

Material Cost

• Approximately $10 per linear foot (4-foot wide path).

• The distance from the ramada to West Huston Mesa Road is about 325 feet, for an estimated total cost of $3,250.
