1. You have to check your SSL Certifcate by contacting PayPal Customer Support. You can contact them by mentioning your Error Code problem.

2. If you getting error while using WooCommerce then, you can follow below steps:-

1. Tick the Enable Logging checkbox in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Payments >> PayPal Checkout.

2. Save it.

3. Click on test order.

4. Click on WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs.

5. Find the latest PayPal Checkout error log in the drop-down and click “view”.

6. Copy the entire log and paste it here.Also paste a copy of your System Status Report which can be found in WooCommerce >> Status.

3. You can also update TLS certificates in your PayPal Live Server.
