How do I Renew My MSN Subscription?

You may renew your subscription by following these steps:

1. Sign in to the Billing Account Management Web site at https://billing.microsoft.com using your e-mail address and password.
2. Select the product or subscription that is about to expire.
3. Click Renew My MSN Subscription service.
   • Note: You may chose to change your payment method by clicking Change payment method under the Payment method heading.
4. Review your account, payment method, and subscription information.
5. Review and digitally sign the Service Agreements.
6. Click Renew to renew the subscription.
7. Click Done.

How do I update my MSN Premium Renewal?

You can update your Credit Card expiration date and/or add a new Credit Card on your account online.

1. Open a browser and go to https://support.microsoft.com/my/Account, sign into the Microsoft Support site with your e-mail address and password.

2. Under Payment Options, select Manage my Payment Options and choose the card to edit, choose edit.

3. Enter the updated credit card expiration date, and then click NEXT. Check to confirm that the expiration date is right.
