1. Nature of Service Paylert is a personal organization support app. The Provider does not provide financial, banking, tax, or legal services. The App does not replace User's due diligence in monitoring payment obligations.

2. "PRO" Features and Purchase Conditions

• Lifetime License: Grants access to premium features (Encrypted Backup, Calendar Sync, Analytics, Ad Removal) for the App's commercial life.

• Payment: One-time purchase managed via Google Play Store and RevenueCat.

• Refunds: Governed exclusively by Google Play Store policies.

3. Third-Party Service Integration The App interacts with Google Drive and Calendar. The Provider is not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by Google platforms. Users are responsible for their Google account security.

4. Local Storage and Encrypted Backup

• Data Responsibility: Data resides on the User's device.

• Encryption: Backups are AES-encrypted locally. The Provider cannot recover data if the device or encryption key is lost.

5. Limitation of Liability (OCR and Notifications) The Provider is NOT liable for:

• OCR Errors: Inaccuracies in scanning. Users must verify data.

• Missed Notifications: Due to OS restrictions or battery settings.

• Consequential Damages: Fines, late fees, or utility disconnections. Use is at the User's sole risk.

6. Intellectual Property All rights to software, "Paylert" brand, and source code belong to James Stradella.

7. Amendments The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.

8. Governing Law Governed by Italian Law. Competent Court: Vicenza, Italy (Consumer rights preserved).
